SHIPMENT
Art.1 - PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
1.1- Elaborations and shipments take 15/120 days, shipments will take place after receiving confirmation of payments: for payment by credit card confirmation of successful transaction by the circuit. For bank transfer, credit is credited to our current account.
1.2 - We guarantee the shipping service by entrusting our orders to the qualified Express Couriers, DHL - UPS - TNT - SDA. Protecting our customers' interests to offer the best. The cost of transport is charged to the customer, all our shipments are made with ALL Risk insurance coverage, and are traceable. The 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage caused during delivery by the carrier who remains solely responsible towards the buyer.
1.3 - Our business is closed from 10 to 31 August from 23 December to 6 January. All orders received during this period will be processed when the business reopens
Art. 2 - NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We wish our Clients to have the best service. All our products are covered by ALL Risk insurance.
2.1 - Delivery times are added to the production weeks indicated in the Product Data Sheets. within Italy and in Europe with specialized courier delivery takes on average of 2 - 4 weeks, while in the US and Canada about 6 - 8 weeks depending on the destination.
2.2 - All our product sheets in our catalog indicate the approximate number of indicative weeks for production calculated according to average production times for the relative collection. Production times are understood as starting from the receipt of the payment and must be interpreted as our forecasts based on a statistic of previous supplies. For orders of two or more pieces of furniture the total production times of the order are those of the product with the longest time frame, the shipment is unique for all the furniture ordered.
2.3 - Almost all of our production is highly customizable and each item is produced only on commission; on average, r production tinte is around 2-4 weeks. We operate constantly in order to respect the punctuality of the times indicated, and at the same time we do not take responsibility for delays that are independent of our procedures (production delays, shipping delays, holidays).
2.4 - NOTES
All the productions and shipments scheduled in the periods preceding the holidays may show a consistent prolongation of the waiting time connected to the closing times of the production and logistics companies. Delivery is not by appointment, the courier makes telephone notification. Estimated time for courier shipments specialized in Italy and Europe and about 2 - 4 weeks, in USA and Canada 4 - 8 weeks.
Art.3 - DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times for both Italy and for destinations in the European Community and non-EU countries. Shipment times are shown in working days, the shipping time of an order containing items having different delivery times is equal to the longest shipping time greater for the items in order. Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind. 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO has the right to carry out, if it deems appropriate, the request to deliver the Products (also relate to the same order) in successive stages. Delivery is considered as executed from the moment the Product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document issued by the courier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will provide proof of the transport and the products released.
Art.4 - RECEIPT OF GOODS
4.1 - Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the content, compliance and status of the Product received, therefore 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO recommends, before signing the acknowledgment of receipt, to verify that:
4.2 - The number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment. 4.3 - The packaging is un broken, not damaged, wet, dirty, or otherwise altered, and to check the integrity of the contents.
4.3 - If the Customer finds any anomalies, he should refuse the delivery of the products or put in writing his reservations, detailed and dated. If the courier's document was signed without any "reserve", the customer can not then make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered goods. Any problems concerning the physical integrity the correspondence or completeness of the Products received must in any case be reported no later than 3 (three) days from the delivery
4.4 - Special terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Client and 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO, and accepted in writing by 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO.
