Art. 3 - This section having legal value, constitutes the agreement between the Customer and 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO 'SANTANTONIO. By adhering to our browsing services on the ecommerce site www.giosantantonio.com, the Customer accepts the General Conditions shown here.

Art. 4 - Scope of validity For the provisions on the orders on www.giosantantonio.com the General Conditions of sale listed here and valid at the time of ordering.

Art. 5 - Purchase method. The purchase order, the transport and the terms and conditions of sale are governed by the following rules and conditions. Shipping costs are included. In this circumstance or similar, 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO 'SANTANTONIO reserves the right to inform the customer that he will decide whether to keep the order or cancel it and to have the entire amount paid back.

Art. 7 - Processing and Shipping: Processing and shipping take 15/120 days from the day of receipt of the reservation. We guarantee the shipping service by entrusting our orders to qualified Express Couriers , DHL - UPS - TNT – SDA. We protecting our customers' transactions to offer the best. The cost of transport is charged to the customer, all shipments are traceable and covered by insurance. The 3.9 DESIGN BY GIO'ANTANTONIO assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage caused during delivery by the carrier who remains solely responsible towards the buyer.

Art. 7a - Our business is closed from 10 to 31 August from 23 December to 6 January. All orders received during this period will be processed when the business reopens

Art. 8 - Strengthens explicitly: Are considered cases of force majeure, in addition to those normally considered by the law, also the following cases: total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, the blocking of means of transport or procurement for any reason, government or legal restrictions, computer failures, blocking of communications including networks and in particular the internet.
